Twelve and a half year old Mike is a helpful, hardworking and athletic youngster. Born in of Latino descent, he hopes to find a permanent family. Mike enjoys keeping active and absolutely loves basketball. When not outside, he is either playing the latest video or computer games or is using his artistic talents to draw. With the help of weekly therapy he is better able to understand and express his feelings and is making gains. With support, Mike continues to work through the emotional and behavioral challenges at school that result from his past. In the future, Mike may want to become a policeman. This engaging youngster is ready for stability, encouragement and unconditional love of a two-parent or single male or female family in which he can be the only or youngest child. Legally free for adoption, Mike needs to know that his new family will help him maintain his relationships with his two brothers who he cherishes.
