HI! My name is Tony.
“I love to read and I’m good at it!”

Let me tell you more about myself…
I like to be called “Tony.”

And here’s what others say…
Caring and polite, Tony is a soon to be fifteen year old Latino child who wants to be part of a family who sticks together through thick and thin. He is an intelligent teen who does very well academically and enjoys reading, so much so that he reads to the younger children at his residential home. Tony also enjoys spending time playing sports, collecting Pokeman and Yu-Gi-Oh cards. He is a pleasant and engaging child who does well in one-to-one situations. At school and in his residential home, Tony continues to work on his peer relationships and expressing his feelings when situations don’t go his way. He can become easily frustrated and does best when he has frequent redirection and firm limits. At his residential home, he likes to help out with chores and is proud when his good behavior leads to rewards. Tony has a strong connection with his younger sister and looks forward to the time they spend visiting one another. Legally free for adoption, it is important to him that a family help him to continue to visit frequently with his sister. Tony would benefit from a single or two-parent family, with no other children, who will give him support and understanding as he continues to work through his emotional and behavioral needs. Tony has experienced a great deal of loss in his life and needs to know a family is committed to being there for him. He is a very intelligent and kind teen who has much to bring to a family who will provide him with unconditional love, understanding, and support.

If I could have my own special wish…
I would have a family who stands by me no matter what.
