At ten years old, Paige is a very friendly, eager to please, little girl of Caucasian descent. She loves adult attention and is generally a happy child. Paige has multiple interests which include dancing, going to camp and watching Hannah Montana. She also loves animals. Paige lives in a foster home where she is very appreciative of the things her foster parent does for her. Paige is creative and has an active imagination which sometimes leads her to need gentle reminders to distinguish between what’s a story and what’s real. In school, Paige does receive extra help, but overall she is doing well. Legally free for adoption, she needs a family with a lot of energy who can provide structure in her life. Paige would thrive with a family who will ensure that she receives on-going support to address her emotional issues that stem from her past. She would do well as the youngest child in a single mother or two-parent family. An ideal family will have patience, advocacy skills, and provide consistency.
