Spend just a few minutes with this dynamic young boy and you will be captivated by his smile and personality. Ten year old Raymond loves to be outside riding his bike, skateboarding, riding a scooter, rock climbing, playing soccer or trying something new, like golf. Born of Caucasian heritage, he is very athletic and picks up on any sport he tries. And, if it has wheels, Raymond will be on it. He is like a little Evel Knievel…he can’t wait to show off the tricks that he can do on his bike! Besides being outside, Raymond also likes to play video games, watch the Three Stooges or his favorite movie “Star Wars.” There is nothing shy about this animated and personable boy. Raymond loves to talk with you and share everything he knows about anything! One of his goals is to be a veterinarian. He loves dogs and dreams of having one of his own someday soon. Raymond also has another dream…he dreams of having a family to call his own. Raymond says it is getting harder to keep hopeful about finding a forever family. He is the last of his siblings that have not found an adoptive home and this has been difficult for him. Raymond is very happy for his siblings and hopes to keep in contact with them when he finds his new family. Raymond needs a single or two-parent family, with no younger children, who can provide structure and consistent guidance for him. Balancing it with nurturance and reassurance, Raymond, our little daredevil, will surely succeed and bring love and laughter to a home.

If I could have my own special wish…
“I want a new family that takes care of kids, that never lets you go, feeds you when you are hungry and doesn’t get mad at me for asking for a toy. I want to be adopted because I want a family that will take good care of me and isn’t rude to me or yells at me. I wish for a nice family with a big pool…because I’ve never had one.”
