Ritchie is a friendly and outgoing eleven year old Caucasian boy. He can be shy at times, but will be very talkative once he feels comfortable. Ritchie loves to stay active by participating in different sports and working with his hands. He enjoys baseball, football, basketball, skateboarding and roller-skating. Ritchie also enjoys playing the drums and other musical instruments. In school, Ritchie tries his best to succeed. He is motivated by his achievement and is proud of himself when he does well. He hopes to go to college and learn a trade. At home, Ritchie has formed a strong relationship with his foster family and likes to spend time with them. He is very helpful around the house and complies with the house rules. Legally free for adoption, Ritchie would do well in a two-parent family, with older or no other children, who will offer him love, guidance, and structure. He needs positive role models in his life. He enjoys being active in church and would like to have a family that is active in a religious community. Ritchie hopes that his family will be accepting of his relationship with his biological family and life-long connection with his previous foster family.
