Chynna is a very outgoing twelve year old Latina girl. She enjoys playing on the computer, doing arts and crafts, singing, and playing with makeup and hair accessories. Last summer, Chynna had a great time at camp and would love to do that every summer. As a big sister, she loves spending time with her brothers, but she doesn’t get to see them as often as she would like. She would love to increase her contact with them. Chynna is a very smart girl who can do well academically, but as a preteen, her social life sometimes gets in the way of her intellectual ability. She would do best with parents who are very involved in the school and know what homework she has to complete each night. Because of her past losses, Chynna is a bit leery of being a part of a family again. Legally free for adoption, Chynna has stated that she hopes to find a single mother or two-parent Hispanic family, with older children or none at all, who will help her maintain contact with her brothers. She needs steady and dependable parents that will provide structure that will help Chynna blossom to her fullest potential.
