Alonzo is twelve years old and of African American descent. Alonzo describes himself as funny and creative. He is very charming and shares positive relationships with the adults in his life. Alonzo revels in one-on-one attention and responds well to structured environments. In his free time, Alonzo likes to watch television, draw and play chess. When he grows up, Alonzo states he would like to be a photographer, a designer or a chef. Alonzo is doing well in his current foster home and he is currently in the 6th grade. He does well in a regular classroom. Legally free for adoption, Alonzo is looking for a permanent home that will honor his connection to his siblings. Either a single or two-parent family would be appropriate for Alonzo.
