Jacob is an adorable ten year old boy of Caucasian descent. He is currently in the fourth grade and has really taken a liking to his school and reading. Jacob enjoys swimming, video games, visiting farms and playing with trucks. He also loves playing outside, especially when he's riding his bicycle.

Jacob is mostly able to communicate his needs but may need some prompting at times. Previously non-verbal, Jacob had made tremendous strides and now uses language to express himself. His social worker feels that a two-parent family with some knowledge of Autism and possibly with older children would be ideal for him. Being supportive of his needs and relationships with his siblings and birthmother would also be helpful for Jacob. Jacob is legally free for adoption and would like a home with brothers and sisters.

If I could have my own special wish…
I would grow up to be a ferry boat captain!
