Jeffrey is a friendly and outgoing eleven year old of Hispanic heritage. With a healthy sense of humor, Jeffrey likes making people laugh. He loves playing video games, and also enjoys playing basketball and soccer. Jeffrey is curious to learn and try new things.  He recently started taking karate lessons and flew on a plane for the first time.  In his foster home, Jeffrey expresses kindness and positive leadership with the other children.  He enjoys taking care of the family’s chickens and reports that one will lay multicolored eggs for Easter.  Meeting with similar success in school, Jeffrey benefits from being part of a therapeutic school setting.

Legally free for adoption, Jeffrey would do well in a family of any constellation, with or without other children. An active family that is able to help Jeffrey overcome his self-esteem would be ideal.  Jeffrey also enjoys contact with his siblings; visits would need to continue after placement. With the structure, stability, love and affection of a permanent family, Jeffrey will continue to triumph over the obstacles in his life and blossom.
