Brianna is a 12-year-old Hispanic girl who enjoys being around others. The adults in her life also share her sentiment and have said it’s a joy to be around Brianna. She’s a smart and capable student with great reading skills and the ability to earn A’s in school. Brianna has had a difficult time adjusting to foster care. Due to her history, she has some emotional and behavioral struggles and attends weekly therapy. At times, Brianna can be easily redirected. Though she is not yet legally free for adoption, Brianna needs a committed family that will give her the time to feel safe. A two-parent home would be ideal, but her social worker is also considering a single mom. A home with no children or older children would be appropriate.
