And here’s what others say…
Eric, Mystikal and Dakotah are an African American and Caucasian sibling group who want to be adopted together. They are intelligent, polite and enjoyable children.

Eric is a helpful thirteen year old boy. He is shy at first, but warms up quickly and loves to talk. His manners and curiosity make him a great person to talk to. He likes activities such as swimming, drawing, football and video games. He has a scientific mind. He pursues his interests by asking good questions or using his problem solving skills. In school, he has an Individualized Education Plan for some subjects, and his teacher says he is making progress. His favorite subject is science and he wants to pursue a career in that field as he grows older. Eric has done well in his foster home. Due to his traumatic history, Eric can display difficult behaviors, but he is working through his anxiety with therapy. Eric needs a dependable and loving family that could give him a lot of attention and patience.

Mystikal is a sweet twelve year old girl. She has a lot of energy and a great sense of humor. She is very smart and creative, and puts these two talents to work through drawing. She has great grades in school and especially excels at reading, writing and spelling. Though she likes to get her way, Mystikal is very helpful around the house and gets along well with her foster family. She would thrive in a family that could give her one-to-one attention. Mystikal would bring a lot of love and laughter to a family that could care for her and help support her special needs.

Dakotah is a polite ten year old boy. His personality has flourished the past few months. Not only is he a caring child, but now that he is out of his shell more, he is playful, funny and vocal. He can express himself and engage in conversations well. He is creative like his sister, and is fascinated by science like his brother. He might want to study dinosaurs when he grows up. Now he enjoys playing basketball, video and board games. Spiderman is one of his favorite characters. He has an Individualized Education Plan for reading at school, but is working hard and diligently exploring all of his new interests. Dakotah gets along with his foster family. He has been described as helpful and good at following directions. He needs a family who can help him to stay comfortable as he continues to grow out of his shell.

Legally free for adoption, Eric, Mystikal and Dakotah are ready to find a permanent home together. They would do best in a two-parent home with older children or no other children that could support their emotional special needs. An ideal family would be open to contact between the children and their birth family, and would likely reside in the New England area to maintain these important relationships.

If we could have our own special wish…
We would grow up in a home where we could all learn and play together.
