HI! My name is Isaiah.
"I love to build things and learn how they work."

Let me tell you more about myself…
I really want to be adopted.

And here’s what others say…
Isaiah is a friendly, charming and engaging 13 year old boy of Caucasian descent. He can be very charismatic and thrives with the attention of the adults in his life. Isaiah likes to take part in many different activities where he can use his great imagination and his creativity. He especially loves hands-on activities, like building, and shows tremendous interest in home improvement projects. A special interest includes learning how things work. Like most kids his age, Isaiah also enjoys the occasional video game and Transformer movies. When he has the chance to be outside he enjoys riding his bike. After being introduced to the Native American culture in his past, Isaiah is interested in continuing to learn about that culture, and loves to attend Pow Wows. Isaiah is thriving in his current foster home, where he loves to be around his foster Dad and his foster brother. Isaiah is very bright and attends a specialized program in a public school. He is working hard at managing his behaviors. Currently on target academically, Isaiah's behaviors can sometimes get in the way of his learning. He has learned coping strategies, benefits from a structured environment with clear expectations, and responds very well to gentle reminders pertaining to who is in charge. Legally free for adoption, Isaiah would do best in a two parent, mom and dad or two dad family, or a single dad family, with or without older children. He currently has a foster brother his own age and they are great friends. An experienced family that has navigated the special education system would be ideal. With the patience, love and guidance of a permanent family Isaiah will continue to work towards his very bright future.

If I could have my own special wish…
I would want a family that lets me keep in touch with my sister.
