Francisco is a handsome LEGALLY FREE seven year old boy of Hispanic descent. Full of energy, spontaneous and unpredictable, Francisco is a lot of fun and very friendly.  He likes to draw and color and also enjoys outside play.  Currently in first grade, he has an Individualized Educational Plan to help him control his behavior so that he can focus more on his academics.  He attends therapy weekly to help him address issues around loss and separation.  The ideal family for Francisco would be nurturing, loving, patient and understanding of his behavior.  Francisco needs a stable and structured environment in which to grow and feel safe.  His new family should be a strong advocate for his educational needs and sibling visits. 

If I could have my own special wish…
I would have a family who would love and be patient with me.
