Anthony is a friendly and engaging fourteen year old young man of Caucasian descent who
loves to dance and listen to music. He enjoys exploring the world of video games, movies
and participating in conversations with others. Anthony is currently residing in a small group
home for children with developmental disabilities. He has made remarkable gains in this
setting and is ready to move to a family. Anthony is maintained on medication for his
diagnoses related to his trauma history and moderate developmental delays. He also benefits
from being part of a small school environment where he receives the appropriate learning
tools to succeed. He is working hard towards being successful and benefits from the services
that he receives. Anthony does well with adults and for the most part gets along well with
peers.

Legally free for adoption, Anthony would benefit from being part of a family of any
constellation, who could offer him the structure and support that he needs to continue to
grow. If placed with siblings, he would do best with older siblings. The ideal family would
help Anthony maintain contact with his birth siblings. With the loving attention of a forever
family, Anthony could continue to make gains as a young adult.
