HI!
My name is Krystal. “I like to sing in the school choir.”
Let
me tell you more about myself…
I’m interested in photography.
Cinematography and Editing by: Adelphi University Documentary Film Students
And
here’s what others say…
Krystal is a 14-year-old Caucasian girl with a bright smile and a friendly, bubby personality to match. She can be engaging and does especially well one-on-one. Krystal is in a regular classroom where math is one of her strongest subjects. She likes the social aspect of school and is working on improving her social skills. Krystal is behind socially and has an Individualized Education Plan for emotional support. Krystal has remained resilient in the face of a difficult past that includes multiple moves. Currently, Krystal is in a foster home where she is responsive to the structure and clear limits she receives. Krystal likes being helpful around her foster home. Krystal could be successful in a permanent family, particularly one experienced working with teens. The family would need time and patience to give Krystal the attention she seeks and help guide her into adulthood. Closeness in a relationship can be hard for Krystal, and she would need to build trust at her own pace. She is legally free for adoption and will need occasional contact with her younger brother and other relatives. Given more opportunities to grow in her self-confidence, Krystal could fulfill her true potential.
If I could
have my own special wish… I would have an understanding family that is there for me.
