HI! My name is Bilo.
“Basketball is my game.”

Let me tell you more about myself…
"I enjoy working out at the gym, and please call me Bilo!"

And here’s what others say…
With a desire to stay in shape and a love for athletics, Heubert, or Bilo to his friends, enjoys working out at the gym and playing basketball every day. Bilo is described as being a young man of Hispanic descent with a friendly and engaging personality who is easy to talk to. This active sixteen year old continues to work on overcoming the speed bumps he has encountered in life and is currently thriving in his foster home. His foster mother reports that “he is a good kid who she enjoys having in the home.” Bilo consistently follows the house rules at his foster home and enjoys being around the two other children in the home. Another area where Bilo is continuing to make strides is at school. He is currently earning mostly “B’s” and is realizing that math is a subject in which he can excel. He is marching forward towards his goal of earning his high school diploma. Bilo is legally free for adoption and is looking for a family with a mom and a dad or a single mom or dad, with or without other children. He would also enjoy being in a family with pets. Bilo has expressed a desire to stay in his current community, however if this is not possible, he would like to maintain current relationships that are important to him. It is also important to him to continue to see his brother.  A family who is willing to work with Bilo through a long and patient transition while he establishes trust would be ideal.

If I could have my own special wish…
I would have a family who I know wants to care for me.
