Amari is a sweet and sensitive 12 year old boy. He is described as sensitive and creative by others. He enjoys drawing, listening to music, and considers himself to be an artist. Amari is on target academically and is very conscientious about his schoolwork. Although he is not a fan of sports, Amari loves his classes and playing video games. In fact, he dreams of being a video game designer when he grows up.

Amari would do best in a home with a mother, father, significantly older children, or no other children. He is a very active boy and the ideal family for him would enjoy doing activities together and having fun as a family. Legally freed for adoption, Amari is excited to join a family permanently and maintain contact with his older sister.
