HI! We are Daniel & Catherine. Let
us tell you more… And
here’s what others say… Eleven year old Daniel self describes himself as a nice kid who loves his sister and who likes to help people. A little shy at first, Daniel will quickly warm up and easily talk your ear off about his interests. After a conversation with Daniel, you would quickly learn that sports are where it is at for him. Although basketball and soccer are his favorites for now, Daniel loves to be outside swimming and participating in any sport activity that is available. He also has a special fondness for cars and trucks and has quite a varied collection. Daniel is performing at grade level in school and his teacher describes him as polite, tolerant and helpful. Daniel is a bit of a perfectionist and can become easily frustrated when he feels that he has not performed tasks at the highest level. He gets along with his peers and has no trouble making friends. With a caring attitude, Daniel has expressed interest in becoming a social worker when he grows up. Seven year old Catherine is an outgoing and talkative young lady who describes herself as a nice girl who likes to play with dolls and with her friend next door. Catherine is full of energy and loves to play outside, especially on her “Slip and Slide.” It is all girl all of the time with Catherine, whether it is nurturing her dolls and stuffed animals, dressing up, or singing and dancing. Smart, a good listener and quick to learn new things, Catherine strives to be a mom someday. As Catherine struggles with her trauma history, she will need continued supervision. Legally free for adoption, Catherine and Daniel would do well in a two parent family, without children or with significantly older children. A well structured and experience home would be ideal. This bonded pair has a lot of positive energy to bring to a family that offers them the stability and encouragement that they need to shine. If we could have our own special wish… You can help bring me closer to finding "a place to call HOME" by filling out the MARE Information Request Form. They will be glad to help you get more information about me.
