And here’s what others say…
Tia and Elease are eleven year old twin sisters of Latino and Caucasian descent who hope to be placed together. The girls would like to find a family who is energetic and full of life!  Although shy at first, anyone who meets these wonderful girls will soon learn that they are always up for an adventure.

Tia is a tall, athletic girl who enjoys swimming and participating in an after school program. She also likes using the computer and watching television. When asked, Tia describes herself as “a playful kid” who gets along with her peers as well as with younger children. She wants to be a doctor, a veterinarian or a police officer when she grows up. Tia is in a regular classroom in school where she receives special education services. Though she is very quiet, Tia is using therapy well to process her losses and prepare for eventually meeting a new family.

Elease is a sweet, kind and petite girl who is a self-described tomboy. She enjoys playing basketball and also likes arts and crafts. Elease acts younger than her age and receives special education services to address her social and academic struggles.  Like her sister, she states her future ambition is to become a veterinarian or a police officer. Elease is also in therapy to address emotional needs. Elease would like to have other siblings as well as pets in her new home.

The girls’ forever family should help the girls identify and support their individual interests as well as understand the special bond between twins.  The girls will also need to maintain their relationship with their older brother.  The girls are legally free for adoption.

If we could have our own special wish…
We would find a family who will love and take care of us.
