Jorge is a fourteen year old legally free boy of Hispanic descent. He is described as being very fun to be around. He is also very engaging, friendly, intelligent and talkative. He also has a great sense of humor and likes to play jokes on people. He likes rollerblading, swimming and playing board games. He also enjoys working in the garden. He enjoys being very active and involved in a number of diverse activities. Some of his other interests are solving sudoku and jigsaw puzzles, art, hiking, reading, computer activities, card games, and collecting sports cards. He is also an excellent athlete and loves sports. Presently in eight grade in a residential program, Jorge is very bright but needs help with reading and math. H4 does have an Individualized Educational Plan as his social and behavioral issues impact his ability to learn. The ideal family for Jorge would be one with at least one male as he relates very well to men. He also needs very close supervision and should be the youngest or only child in the family. Jorge will also need a family that will support his need to maintain contact with his siblings.
