Isaiah is an outgoing and charismatic 11 year old Caucasian boy.  He is described as caring, loving and very smart.  He loves to engage in conversation and is able to easily verbalize his feelings.  Nature and science, especially Earth Science, are his favorite subjects in school.  Presently in the fifth grade, he has many friends and is on target developmentally and academically.  Isaiah has many aspirations.  He would like someday to be a police officer-Canine Unit, a scientist, an astronaut or a psychiatrist because he is very empathetic and listens to what people have to say. LEGALLY FREE for adoption, Isaiah would do best in a family with no other or much older children.

If I could have my own special wish…
I would have a family who would love and be patient with me.
