Juan is a very bright 14 year old boy of Hispanic descent who is legally free for adoption.
He is described as being very friendly, soft spoken and somewhat timid until he gets to know you. He can be spiritual at times and enjoys reading about all types of religions. Juan, although small in size, is an excellent basketball player. He also enjoys reading in his quiet time. Currently living in a residential facility, Juan wants very much to be adopted and be part of a family. The ideal family for Juan would be one that would be active, loving, and stable and would involve him in extracurricular activities. Juan has suffered many losses and traumas in his life and will need a very supportive and understanding family. His new family should also help him maintain contact with his extended family members.
