Video Production Internship

Type: Unpaid

Commitment: Part-time

 

MARE’s Communications Department is seeking a highly motivated video production intern for the Spring of 2020 (January - May). The video production intern will work to produce high quality video segments and photos that promote MARE's work and raise awareness about adoption from foster care. This internship will provide an ideal training ground for an intern to put their video skills into action in the real world. We will be pursuing an aggressive content creation schedule, so the intern for this position will quickly gain experience in all aspects of unscripted, documentary-style video production. 

 

If you are a creative with journalistic flair, looking to sharpen your skills in videography, editing, photography, interviewing, and writing - this is your ideal internship.

MARE is seeking interns for this position for Spring 2020, Summer 2020, and Fall 2020. 

Start and end date are flexible.

Requirements

- Relevant education or experience in film production, videography, and editing 

- Relevant education or experience in photography/photographic journalism 

- Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various locations in Massachusetts 

- Entry-level aptitude with Adobe Premiere
