Introduction

Jayden is a sweet, funny, and bright boy. He enjoys playing educational games on his iPad and even looks forward to grocery shopping. One of Jayden’s favorite activities is pretending to work at Home Depot—he has a strong interest in construction and proudly wears his Home Depot robe. Jayden loves running, dancing, and celebrating other people’s birthdays. His favorite snack is Oreo cookies. Jayden is social, playful, and enjoys including others in whatever he is doing. Jayden also has a deep understanding of the importance of family and dreams of celebrating the holidays with a family of his very own.

Jayden enjoys attending school, where he receives support in computer skills, reading, and math. With these services, he has made meaningful progress in his academic, communication, and socialization skills. Jayden follows directions well and continues to develop his independent living skills. While he thrives on routine, he is also flexible and adapts quickly when changes occur. Jayden is a social boy who enjoys including others in his activities and gets along well with peers. He often does best when interacting with younger children or when engaging in group activities.
