Introduction

Jazlyn, also known as Jazzy or Jaz, is a sweet! She is very bright and energetic and would love to be a part of a family that enjoys spending time together. In school, Jaz engages with teachers and peers and is known to be smart; she is in middle school and gets excellent grades. Jaz is very social and has developed solid relationships in her life; those that know her well describe her as a "people person." A few of Jaz's favorite activities are singing, cooking, arts and crafts (she loves to make jewelry), and dance.

Jaz is eager to find a family that will bring her to church and share her faith. She would love to have a family that is of the same race or that would celebrate her culture. Single and two-parent homes from the East Coast will be considered when finding the right match. Jaz does have connections with her biological family that would need to be maintained after placement.
