Introduction

Jose, "Jax", is funny, and loves to joke around with others. When he laughs, his face radiates happiness. When first meeting Jax, he is a bit shy, but upon getting to know him, he is very talkative and opens up easily. Jax enjoys playing video games and is really good at them! He also enjoys swimming, fishing, going to the beach, listening music, and art, especially drawing.

Jax is in high school, and is smart! Jax is very goal-oriented, and can be persuasive and persistent when he has set a goal for himself. Jax is not yet sure what he would like to do after he graduates from high school, but he hopes to start a part-time job in the near future.

Jax will do well with a pre-adoptive family, visiting resource, and/or lifelong connection from New England or New York where there is at least one male role model for him. It is important that any pre-adoptive family be willing to support Jax in maintaining connections with his biological family.
