Introduction

Garrett is a fun boy with a big personality who loves to bounce on the trampoline and play outdoors. He also enjoys coloring and drawing letters and numbers on his white board. He can patiently sort through things in a large container, then take them each out of the container, inspect them and them place them behind the container. He enjoys doing this with all sorts of toys. In his down time Garrett also enjoys watching TV. In his classroom Garrett uses a communication device and has been making progress with utilizing it as needed. Not typically aware of his surroundings he prefers adult attention rather than the attention of the other children in his school. He is able to express his needs, wants, and happiness by waving and smiling. He currently receives much care from the adults in his life who have a strong understanding of his needs.Garrett would fit well in well with any family constellation that has a strong understanding of his needs and is able to provide him with care and supervision. Garrett has 2 older brothers with whom he is very bonded and will need his new family's help to maintain contact with them.
