Introduction

Thomas is an endearing boy who is easygoing and has a positive demeanor. He loves one on one attention and being outside. Thomas enjoys physical play and riding his scooter. He loves going out into the community and does well with trips with one on one support. He enjoys being around other children but is limited to only parallel engagement. He also enjoys watching Disney movies on his own tablet, swimming in the pool, playing in the park and just being active. Thomas has recently made very good gains in being able to self-entertain and engage in leisure activities though he still requires support in this area.Thomas' needs may require that he live with a higher level of support and care throughout his life such as what he receives in his current program. Thomas does not have many connections. He would benefit from a frequent Visitor who he could connect with him on a regular basis. He is visited at his program on occasion by his grandparents and an aunt and uncle. Thomas lives in a program in western MA.
