Introduction

Jayden is a happy boy who is always smiling. Once he is comfortable, he is very outgoing and engaging with others. Those that know Jayden describe him as a sweet and thoughtful kid. Jayden loves to play video games and is very tech-savvy with his handheld device. Jayden enjoys being outdoors and riding his bike, and he likes to swim. Jayden says he would like to be a police officer when he grows up.Jayden attends school daily, where he receives some additional support in school. He has been making progress with reading and writing, as well as completing his school work.Jayden would do well with a family of any constellation where he can be either the youngest or only child. He is of Caucasian descent. Jayden will need a nurturing, loving family who can provide structure and routine. He does best with a predictable routine where he knows what to expect. Jayden visits monthly with his siblings. His open adoption agreement stipulates 6 visits each with his mother and maternal grandmother, which can continue at the discretion of his pre-adoptive family.
