Introduction

Serenity is a sweet girl who loves being around other people. She communicates and makes her feelings known by facial expressions. Her foster parent has said that you can always tell when she is happy or not by just looking at her. She is very affectionate girl and loves to be bounced on someone’s lap. She is always laughing or giggling with others. Serenity enjoys going on walks, swimming, and engaging with the people in her foster home.

Serenity has some medically complex needs and would do best with a family who can engage with providers and ensure she receives any necessary care. They should be comfortable with specialists in the home. Serenity would do well in a two parent home; however single parents will be considered as long as they have strong supports and the ability to provide for her needs. There is currently an Open Adoption Agreement for two visits per year and she has monthly visits with her brother.
