Introduction

Jaycob is a sweet boy who loves to smile. He loves listening to music, especially rock and metal. He enjoys watching Disney movies and playing with his sensory toys. Jaycob also loves to listen to audio books. Jaycob enjoys taking walks and exploring the community. Jaycob communicates through smiles, facial expressions, and through the use of pictures and choice cards. Jaycob has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh with others.

Jaycob attends school daily, where he receives some additional support. He particularly enjoys music class. He has been learning communication and life skills.

Jaycob would do well with a two parent family who can provide the support and care he needs. A family should be to support him with life skills. Due to his needs, a home will need to be wheelchair accessible. A family should be comfortable engaging in supportive services and advocating for his needs as he grows.
