Introduction

Jeremy, who likes to go by Jacob, is a creative, intelligent boy who loves to be active. He has a good sense of humor and loves to laugh. He enjoys origami and recently learned to make a dragon! Jacob can often be found journaling or sketching. He enjoys building 3D objects out of paper and legos. Jacob loves playing soccer, riding his bike, and being outdoors. Jacob would like to join a soccer team. He loves to go to the park. Jacob is currently into Pop Demon Hunters and he loves to sing and dance along to the songs. He is a reader, and particularly enjoys casting spells with Harry Potter. 

Jacob attends school daily, where he receives some additional support. He enjoys attending school. He gets along well with his teachers and peers. His favorite subjects are math and science. He really enjoys playing tag with his friends on the playground.

Jacob would do well with an active family of any constellation, where he can be the only child. He thrives with one on one attention. Jacob is eager for a family and has expressed that he would like a two parent family. He would do well with a strong male role model who he can look up to. He would do well with a patient, nurturing family. Jacob is of Caucasian descent. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. A family should be comfortable accessing any recommended supports or services in the home or at school.
