Introduction

Carter is a kind, thoughtful young man. As a very caring kid, he loves being around others and is always there to help or comfort others. When he grows up, Carter wants to be a social worker. Carter loves to ride his bike, scooter, or skateboard while wearing his blue helmet with light up spikes. He has a beautiful singing voice and participates in his school’s choir.

Carter attends school daily, where he receives some additional support. He has been making progress on his goals. He has great relationships with peers and school staff. He is involved in after school clubs and his school choir. Carter has expressed interest in joining a basketball team.

Carter would thrive with a family who is kind-hearted, understanding, and can provide unconditional love and support. He would do well with other children, and would benefit from similar aged children in the home. Carter has an open adoption agreement where he visits with his mother three times a year and his father once a year. He also has siblings that he visits with.
