Introduction

Hello! My name is Emerson and I am from Guatemala. I value creating honest and open connections and friendships with others. I have a good sense of humor, and I am very optimistic about being able to create a better life for me here in the United States. I like listening to Latin music, especially reggaeton and bachata. My favorite food to eat and cook is Guatemalan cuisine and tacos. I enjoy skateboarding, playing video games, practicing Muay Thai and teaching others Spanish. My favorite subject is math. In the future, I hope to be able to obtain a good job and be able to buy a car. I maintain regular phone contact with my family in Guatemala and look forward to the day I can be reunited with one of my sisters here in the United States. I hope to be able to create lifelong connections with a family here in Massachusetts.
