Introduction

Jacob is resilient and has an amazing sense of humor! He is driven and has a knack for mechanics, and is in the process of fixing his scooter. If Jacob could ride his scooter every day, he would! When he's not riding his scooter, you can find Jacob playing video games, listening to rap or hip hop, playing sports, or hiking. 

Jacob is a motivated student! He has positive relationships with his peers and school's staff. He hopes to one day work at a group home where he can support youth who have experienced trauma. 

Jacob will do well with a supportive and loving family of any constellation. It is important that any pre-adoptive families support Jacob in maintaining the life-long connections he has already made.
