THE SEND
The Send helps mobilize and activate those in the church into their missional call. Through arena events, they activatepeople to action in five areas they call “mission fields”... Nations, Universities, High Schools, Vulnerable Children, LocalCommunities. Throughout the day, there will be teaching around each of these areas along with prayer and worship. Fromstage, they will give people information around the need in foster care, and talk about the Church’s call to respond.
The Send leverages technology to direct people to next steps and help them move from inspiration to activation. There willbe a QR code on all the screens when they make “a call” from stage in the arena. The QR code will take the family/person toa form where they will fill out their info and then indicate which of five “mission fields” they might feel called to. If theychoose the Vulnerable Children mission field, they will be asked “Do you want to meet the needs of vulnerable children inyour community?”. If they choose “Yes” they will be asked, “Do you want to...”
