The Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange, the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families, and the Massachusetts Courts will be hosting a National Adoption Day Virtual Ceremony on November 18th, to recognize both the families adopting that day and all of the families who have adopted the year prior.
