Building Belonging Together: Strengthening Systems, Sustaining Families. Commit, Connect, Act. 

 This convening is designed as a progression; from youth voice and lived experience, to systems alignment, to caregiver sustainability, this event culminates in collective action for youth excellence and belonging. Each session builds intentionally on the next, reinforcing that excellence is deeply connected to belonging, identity affirmation, and access to opportunity. 

Participants will engage in sessions that center youth and family voices, connect lived experience to systems and resources, and translate learning into action. Across the convening, there is a shared responsibility among communities, professionals, and institutions to ensure permanency, stability, and environments where every young person can thrive, achieve, and feel they belong.
