TBRI Adoptive Parent Training
MARE invites pre/adoptive and recently placed families to a series of Trauma Informed Parenting virtual trainings facilitated by Fostering Hope’s TBRI® practitioners. This opportunity is intended for Massachusetts pre/adoptive families who have completed MAPP training or families recently placed.

Ninja Warrior Meet and Greet
This is a two part event. For part 1, families will have the opportunity to meet with adoption social workers from the Central Region to learn about children and sibling groups, and to discuss potential matches with them. No waiting children will be in attendance. For part 2, families are invited to meet with waiting children ages 9+ and social workers. Activities at the event will be fun and interactive and will include running obstacle courses like those seen on "American Ninja Warrior."

Fostering Creativity
Don't miss this year's Fostering Creativity Art Showcase! Join us at the New Art Center in Newton to experience powerful artwork from ten children and teens who have shared their foster care journeys through art. You'll hear directly from these young artists during a youth panel, gain insights into their stories, and have the chance to purchase youth-designed products, with proceeds supporting MARE initiatives. It's a meaningful opportunity to support adoption from foster care and make a difference.

The Adoption Option
Join us for our annual adoption Meet and Greet, sponsored by Jordan’s Furniture! This event is open to anyone interested in adopting from foster care, whether you're just starting to explore adoption or are already in the process. You'll have the chance to learn about the adoption process, meet social workers and waiting children, connect with experienced adoptive families, and discover available support. The event will feature games, arts and crafts, and activities for children ages 5 and up.
